What's on TV!! (Sunday 9/20/15)

What to watch on Sunday, September 20...

8pm, Fox
The 67th Primetime Emmy Awards
Andy Samberg hosts TV’s premier celebration of itself from the Microsoft Theater in L.A. Game of Thrones leads the pack with 24 nominations, although by airtime at least seven of those nominations will likely have been slaughtered.

Arthur & George
Arthur and Woodie close in on the Wyrley Ripper, while Jean makes a big decision, as the three-part miniseries concludes.

Eat Your Words
The cooking competition concludes with a pair of contestants attempting to refurbish fish and chips. But will their L.A. spin on the British pub fare earn a “cheers!” or a “bollocks!” from judges who I assume have been instructed only to speak in British slang?

9pm, AMC
Fear the Walking Dead
The National Guard’s occupation looks very different to Madison than it does to Travis in “Not Fade Away.” Meanwhile, the family must adjust to the new normal.

9pm, Showtime
Ray Donovan
Mickey throws himself a so-long soiree in “Poker,” testing both his luck and the limits of good taste.

10pm, Showtime
Masters of Sex
Masters, Johnson, Logan, and his wife gather for dinner in “Party of Four.” From what I understand there may be some tension amid this quartet, but I’m sure it’s nothing a healthy dose of tableside guac can’t soothe.

10pm, HBO
Project Greenlight
It’s T-minus two months until production commences. While Effie, Marc, and Len try to persuade Jason to shoot digitally, Jason pitches a new script of his own to replace the original selection.

10pm, FX
The Strain
Fet, Nora, and Eph scour the city for Dutch, who’s busy locking horns with Eichhorst. Elsewhere in “Dead End,” Gus helps the Guptas cross the border to safety while Setrakian encounters an old acquaintance during his quest for the Occido Lumen.

10:30pm, PBS
Stuart crashes with Ash while Violet moves in with Freddie after the partners have a row in “Flatmates.” Far from happy with the new living arrangements, Ash and Violet put their heads together to restore the status quo.

10:36pm, HBO
Doll & Em
Everything’s comin’ up Doll and Em when Mikhail Baryshnikov helps them book an off-Broadway venue for their play, and when Olivia Wilde and Evan Rachel Wood express interest in the lead roles.

11:30pm, Cartoon Network
Rick and Morty
“Interdimensional Cable 2: Tempting Fate” finds Rick firing up the TV and Jerry recuperating from an illness.
