What to watch on Wednesday, January 20...
8pm, The CW
“Blood Debts” finds Oliver gunning (err… arrowing?) hard for Darhk in the wake of the Big Bad’s latest broadside.
Mike ropes Axl and Brick into helping him plan a surprise 50th birthday blast for Frankie in “Floating 50.” Brick’s also dealing with Coach Babbitt’s attempts to turn him into an athlete, while Sue’s dealing with mockery after seeking the return of a lost sock.
2 Broke Girls
Oleg’s hoopster cousin scores the gals tickets to a game in “And the Basketball Jones.” But their cunning plan to interrupt the contest and promote their business proves less marketing-savvy than expected.
Adam and Emmy’s favorite Nickelodeon game show holds auditions at their school in “Double Dare,” but their friendship is strained when they each surreptitiously seek other partners. In other competitive concerns, Barry’s latest superstition has him convinced Beverly can bring the Eagles’ losing streak to an end.
Mike & Molly
Mike blames Molly for his mother’s malady in “Peg O’ My Heart Attack.” Molly, feeling guilty that their latest row did indeed trigger Peg’s cardiac arrest, tries to make amends.
9pm, The CW
Lucifer offers Sam a Get Out of the Cage Free card in “The Devil in the Details”... well, except it’s not so much “free” as it is “incredibly costly.” In other fallen angel affairs, Dean and Cas investigate the angel smiting that may have done in Amara.
9pm, Disney XD
Star Wars Rebels
“A Princess on Lothal” sends Leia Organa on a mission to deliver ships for the rebel fleet. But the rebels will have to get creative after an Imperial lockdown throws a wrench in their plans.
Law & Order: SVU
Two teenagers are shattered, and the squad is tested, by a thorny date-rape case in “A Misunderstanding.”
“Mystery Beneath the Ice” follows an Antarctic research mission attempting to discern the cause of a massive fall in the krill population. Potentially caused by climate change, the trend could be devastating for the region’s ecosystem.
In “One More Notch,” Pritchard hunts for a pair of murderers who escaped prison thanks to the power surge that revived him. And then there’s the little matter of all the velociraptors that got out of their pens too...
Fearing that they’re being too free with their finances, Dre and Bow consult Mr. Stevens’ buttoned-down accountant in “Keeping Up With the Johnsons.” All this talk about money also inspires Junior to take up day-trading.
10pm, TV Land
Liza and Kelsey gear up to launch their new imprint in “Like a Boss.” Of course, because they’re women attempting to do anything, this invites a barrage of online opprobrium.
Angus’ big brother hopes to land a position at Angels Memorial, which shouldn’t be too hard since the logline calls him “an all-star ER doctor” (he was the starting internist for the Western Conference three years in a row). Meanwhile in “First Date,” Christa is all heart-eyes-emoji towards Neal, and a patient grows obsessed with Malaya.
A news article describing the events of the captains’ party has painful consequences for the LaCroix family and for Anne, while new evidence complicates the story of what happened on the night of the alleged assault.
The squad is targeting a bigshot cocaine supplier, and Voight enlists his former cellmate (Clancy Brown) as a CI in the effort. Elsewhere in “Looking Out for Stateville,” Burgess makes a hard decision about her relationship with Ruze, and Roman has a cunning plan to help fund Platt and Mouch’s nuptials.
It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia
“The Gang Hits the Slopes” pits Dennis and Frank against Dee and Mac for dominance over their chosen mountain, while Charlie tries to simply get the hang of the sport.
Man Seeking Woman
Grown desperate, Josh decides to settle in “Scythe.”
