Mad Dogs
Steve Zahn, Romany Malco, Michael Imperioli, Ben Chaplin, and Billy Zane star in this comedy-drama-adventure adapted from a British series and co-produced by Shawn Ryan. The 10-episode first season follows former frat brothers who get more than they bargained for during a reunion trip to Belize.

Mary must keep her feelings for Gideon in check as she builds a political coalition in “Bruises That Lie.” Elsewhere, Catherine and Narcisse fight for control of the regency, while Claude’s wedding night has her fighting for her life.

8pm, Fox
MasterChef Junior
The semi-finals start with a soufflé competition for the top four chefs in “Head of the Class.” The winner getting a big boost in the elimination challenge, in which a select cut of pork will determine who goes home and who goes to the finals.

Girl Meets World
Farkle frets for his family’s future following his father’s financial $#%&-up in “Girl Meets Money.”

Great Performances at the Met
Soprano Anna Netrebko makes her Met role debut in a production of Verdi’s Il Trovatore,” about long-lost brothers wooing the same woman.

9pm, CBS
Hawaii Five-0
“Umia Ka Hanu (Hold the Breath)” sends Grover to Chicago in hopes of getting Clay Maxwell to admit why he killed his own wife. Back home, Chin and Kono wind up held at gunpoint by a couple of killers who don’t know they’re Five-0.

9pm & 10pm, A&E
Corporate espionage and high-stakes video games are among the elements surrounding a man’s death in a haunted house in “Game On.” Then in “About Face,” Carrie and Al pursue a con-artist duo after getting a tip regarding a missing-persons cold case.

SERIES PREMIERE, 9pm & 9:30pm, Pop
Easiest Game Show Ever
Host Michael Ian Black serves up true-or-false questions relating to pop culture in this quiz show. Two Big Brother contestants man the buzzers in the first episode, while the second pits a pair of twin-brother firefighters against one another.

Hell’s Kitchen
The 17 remaining chefs must whip up as many shrimp dumplings as they can in 20 minutes, all while enduring a barrage of distractions. (And nobody, but nobody, plays the “I’m not touching you. Does this bug you?” game more aggressively than Gordon Ramsay.) Then the dinner service is made trickier by the surprise appearance of The Game.

Blue Bloods
Frank has a mess on his hands after a recently retired lieutenant shoots a group of potential muggers on the subway and then vamooses. Meanwhile in “Stomping Grounds,” Baez seeks a way to arrest a drug dealer for the murder she saw him commit when she was a child.
