Face Off

This series returns for Season 9, which gets off to a cosmic bang as 16 new artists break into teams of two for the first challenge: creating alien creatures that might populate an Intergalactic Zoo. Their creations include some of the largest critters in the history of this series. Oscar-winning makeup designer Ve Neill, creature designer Neville Paige and industry veteran Glenn Hetrick are judges. (Space)

Fool Canada

Transportation officer Richard Move (Will Sasso) travels to “cottage country” to inspect boats, while bylaw enforcer Ian Yard (Sam Kalilieh) installs a bridge for bears in the yard of a Whistler homeowner. Elsewhere, a tourist in Peggy’s Cove tests the limits of patience, and a testy park ranger (Craig Lauzon) proves to be a stickler when it comes to enforcing picnic rules. Also: The Town Crier (Sandy Jobin-Bevans) makes a love connection in Ottawa. (CBC)

The Real Housewives of Orange County

The passing of Vicki’s mother sends shock waves through the group, causing everyone to reflect on their own family relationships, in the new episode Full Circle. Tamra celebrates the birth of her granddaughter, while Vicki travels to Chicago for the funeral. Shannon continues to repair her marriage to David, and Meghan tries to create a lasting memory for Hayley, her stepdaughter. (Slice)

Hollywood Game Night

Everything’s Coming Up Rosie ... as in O’Donnell, as the title of this new episode suggests, with the comedian-actress among the celebrity players. Constance Zimmer (UNREAL), Weird Al Yankovic and several reality-show personalities — home-improvement expert Nate Berkus, Kevin O’Leary (Shark Tank) and Chef Rocco DiSpirito — also help a couple of citizen contestants try to leave the show with $25,000.
