Alone

In the season finale, Triumph, only two men remain on Vancouver Island as the season’s biggest storm blows in. Huddling in their respective shelters, each man reflects on the challenges of his life in the wilderness and the toll it has extracted both physically and mentally. Before the episode is over, one of them decides to call it quits, while the other gets the surprise of his life. (History)

The Astronaut Wives Club

The summer series based on Lily Koppel’s book concludes with the appropriately titled Landing, about events surrounding Apollo 11’s historic 1969 touchdown on the moon. Several of the wives discuss the mission for a television documentary, but Gordon Cooper’s (Bret Harrison), future in the space program is anything but assured, prompting his spouse Trudy (Odette Annable), to make major decisions. Moviemaker Jon Amiel (Copycat), directed the episode. (ABC)

Time Traveling With Brian Unger

In what originally commemorated the 150th anniversary of Abraham Lincoln’s assassination, host Brian Unger traces the escape route of the president’s killer, John Wilkes Booth, through Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia, in the new episode, Lincoln’s Killer on the Run. Starting in an alley behind Ford’s Theater, Unger and companions follow the arduous path taken by Booth and his co-conspirator David Herold, as they evaded federal officers for 12 days. (DTOUR)

Good Witch

In the new episode All in the Family, Cassie (Catherine Bell), is wary as her troublemaking cousin, Abigail (guest star Sarah Power), blows into Middleton and immediately starts trying to stir every pot in sight. After setting her sights on Sam (James Denton), Abigail starts a campaign to drive a wedge between the handsome doctor and Stephanie (Kylee Evans). Cassie and Ryan (Anthony Lemke), argue over his new real estate development project, leaving their nascent romance in peril. (W)
