Inside the episode...
The producers and cast discuss how the Ferg continues to grow as a deputy.
Walt Longmire (Robert Taylor) eyes a box of files in his cabin.
Walt plays piano as he looks over mugshots.
Walt arrives at the sheriff's office with Marshall (Lynn Andrews III), a teen from a wilderness leadership course that went awry.
Walt asks Ruby (Louanne Stephens) if Branch has been in, but she assumed he was with Walt. The sheriff isn't happy to hear his deputy hasn't reported for duty. Suddenly, Marshall calls out.
Marshall isn't happy that his only option for taking a nap is behind bars. Walt assures him that it isn't really a jail cell as long as he leaves the door open.
Walt receives a surprise guest in his office when Vic's husband, Sean (Michael Mosley), arrives through the private entrance.
Sean was mailed a photo showing Walt and Vic spending the night at a motel. Walt assures him they were on a case, and Sean has nothing to worry about. Sean tells Walt he's worried Ed Gorski is still stalking Vic.
Branch Gives Henry A Ride
Henry accepts a ride back into town from Branch after testing the limits of his ankle bracelet.
Vic (Katee Sackhoff) takes a break at the Red Pony. She's seen the photo and knows it was sent from Ed Gorski. Lost in thought, she remembers back to before she was married, when she and Gorski were secretly having a relationship.
Later at the Red Pony, Branch meets with his old pal, Travis (Derek Phillips). Travis is happy that he and Branch are hanging out, even though he pulled a gun on Branch the last time they met.
Branch tells Travis that they should keep on hanging out, and calls Henry (Lou Diamond Phillips) over to pay his tab so they can leave.
Henry refuses the cash. Branch's generous decision to cover Henry's bail is payment enough.
Henry watches Branch as he leaves, concerned for the deputy's poor health and his obsessive need to find the man who shot him.
Vic Confesses To Walt About The Photograph
Vic comes clean to Walt about the meaning of the number on the photograph sent to her husband.
Walt pins mugshots to the wall of his office. "All the guys in this box hate me enough to have my wife killed," he tells Ruby, "but some of them aren't smart enough to plan it all out."
Ruby surprises Walt with a request. "When you find out which one of them did it to you," she says, "I want you to hurt him."
