Chelsea Gilligan is an American model, actress and producer from Beaumont, California.
She was Miss California Teen USA 2009, 2nd runner-up in the Miss Teen USA 2009 pageant. Chelsea has appeared on several television programs including Big Time Rush, Glory Daze, Victorious, Friends With Benefits, The Rebound Girl, How I Met Your Mother. She also appeared as Mia Webb in the film Looking For Lions. Chelsea is best known for her role as Teri on the CW TV series Star-Crossed.
