Priyanka Chopra is an Indian film actress and singer from Jamshedpur, Bihar, India.

She is the winner of the Miss World pageant of 2000. Priyanka accepted offers to join the Indian film industry, which came as a result of her pageant wins, making her acting debut in the Tamil film Thamizhan in 2002. She has also starred in The Hero, Andaaz, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Aitraaz, Krrish, Don, Fashion, Kaminey, 7 Khoon Maaf, Barfi!, and Mary Kom. Priyanka will soon be seen playing the role of Alex Parrish on the ABC TV series Quantico.
