Memphis Eve Sunny Day Hewson, known professionally as Eve Hewson, is an Irish actress from Dublin, Ireland.
She is the daughter of activist Ali Hewson (née Alison Stewart) and U2 lead singer Bono (Paul David Hewson). She was named after being born at 7am on the 7th of July, as "eve" is the middle of the word "seven". Hewson is known for This Must Be the Place (2011), Enough Said (2013) and Bridge of Spies (2015). Eve can currently be seen playing the role of Lucy Elkins on the Cinemax TV series The Knick.
