Season 5 Episode 15
Nick and Hank search for a Wesen answer when a beautiful young woman is found dead and aged 70 years overnight.
Nick (David Giuntoli), Hank (Russell Hornsby) and Wu (Reggie Lee) are all stumped by the discovery of a dead elderly woman who, according to her license and mug shot, was actually in her twenties. With help from Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) and Rosalee (Bree Turner), the gang learns they're dealing with a Musasat Alsh-Shabab, an Egyptian Wesen that sucks the youth out of its victims and afterwards regurgitates an anti-aging cream known as yanube. The discovery of a second rapidly aged victim also yields the business card for a photographer named Malcolm, who also shot the first victim shortly before her death. Believing him to be the Musasat Alsh-Shabab, Nick and Hank pay Malcolm a visit and look into his phone records. They find the number for Dr. Forbes, who's begun selling a treatment called Fountain of Youth cream.
To suss out if Dr. Forbes is indeed selling yanube, Rosalee meets with him for a consultation. But when he abruptly tries to put the cream on her face, Nick, Hank and Monroe are forced to go in. Only they're not the only ones breaking up the appointment: Malcolm arrives and discovers Dr. Forbes has been abusing the yanube himself. When Monroe attacks Dr. Forbes, Malcolm's latest batch of yanube hits the ground and Malcolm Woges, going after Nick and Hank. As Dr. Forbes maniacally tries to salvage the yanube, Nick, Hank, Monroe and Rosalee back Malcolm into a corner - where he's stabbed by a deranged Dr. Forbes. Having been driven insane by repeated yanube use, Dr. Forbes doesn't even realize that his skin has been pulled so tight, muscle and skull are now showing through.
Elsewhere in Portland, Hadrian's Wall's suspicions about Renard (Sasha Roiz) are nearly confirmed when he announces his candidacy for mayor. But Eve (Bitsie Tulloch) is prepared. She resorts to an old trick and a familiar witch's hat to devise a plan - and morphs into Renard.
