Fox has renewed Wayward Pines for Season 2 because what else has it got, the network announced Wednesday. From M. Night Shyamalan, the show's 10-episode second season will debut in the summer of 2016 and pick up in the aftermath of the Season 1 finale. The second season will follow a new arrival in Wayward Pines who stumbles into the middle of what Fox is calling a "serious rebellion" as the town's residents do battle over how best to preserve the human race.
