Montreal Canadiens goalie Carey Price's wife Angela and Toronto Maple Leafs winger Daniel Winnik's wife Taylor have joined the cast of Hockey Wives for Season 2.
Angela Price and Taylor Winnik are among those completing the cast for season two, which debuts Oct. 28 on W. Other new names announced include Paige Getzlaf, wife of Anaheim Ducks captain Ryan Getzlaf, and Ashley Booth, wife of free agent David Booth.
That foursome joins seven previously announced cast members: Fellow newcomers Keshia Chanté (dating Philadelphia Flyers goalie Ray Emery) and Rhianna Weaver (married to Montreal Canadiens defenceman Mike Weaver); and returnees Kodette LaBarbera (married to Anaheim Ducks/Norfolk goalie Jason LaBarbera), Tiffany Parros (married to the retired George Parros), Noureen DeWulf (married to Vancouver Canucks goalie Ryan Miller), Maripier Morin (engaged to Montreal Canadiens winger Brandon Prust) and Martine Forget (engaged to Toronto Maple Leafs goalie Jonathan Bernier).
Hockey Wives takes a behind-the-scenes look at what life is like for the wives, fiancees and girlfriends of NHL players. There certainly can be a glamorous side to it, and a great deal of humour as well. But also it's a world fraught with uncertainty, with every player in the league just an injury or a trade away from having their lives – and the lives of their family members – turned upside down.
The network and producers promise that season two of Hockey Wives will be filled with lots of laughs and plenty of drama, with new contracts, nuptials, new babies, difficult moves to new countries and painful goodbyes.
When you're a cast member on Hockey Wives, training camp never ends.
