ABC Family, which will officially change its name to Freeform (lol Freeform) in January, has added more premiere dates to its winter lineup. Joining Season 6 of Pretty Little Liars and new fantasy series Shadowhunters, which premiere Tuesday, January 12 at 8pm and 9pm, respectively, are new seasons of The Fosters, Young & Hungry, and Baby Daddy, and the series premiere of new drama Recovery Road.
The Fosters will return for Season 3 on Monday, January 18 at 8pm. Now that Callie has been adopted, she and Brandon will attempt to move on and keep their sexy secret a, well, secret. Meanwhile, a serious medical issue will affect Stef, Jude will attempt to deal with Connor's decision to live with his mother, and an old friend will surprise Jesus (now played by Noah Centineo) and Mariana when they unexpectedly return.
Following The Fosters at 9pm will be the series premiere of Recovery Road, a new drama based on the Young Adult novel of the same name by Blake Nelson. The series follows Maddie, a teenager and former party girl who's recovering from addiction in a sober living facility. The series stars Jessica Sula, Alexis Carra, Sebastian De Souza, Daniel Franzese, Sharon Leal, Kyla Pratt, and David Witts.
Meanwhile, the network's comedies Young & Hungry and Baby Daddy will both premiere Wednesday, February 3. When Young & Hungry returns for Season 3 at 8pm, Gabi—who left with Josh’s younger brother, Jake, in the Season 2 finale—will realize she actually has feelings for Josh, who also still loves her. But with Jake around and the added pressure of running a food truck, it's not going to be easy for them. Meanwhile on Baby Daddy, which premieres at 8:30pm, Riley will answer Danny’s surprising marriage proposal and Ben will try to move on with a new neighbor.
